It is important to us that your customers are happy. That is why we have created a number of functions to simplify things for the user and enabling continuous improvements to the system.
Grading
We always strive to have the simplest system possible. This is why we let all users grade all of the components of the system. They can even submit views on how to implement improvements. This information is automatically sent to us and we continuously process it.
Questions and answers
On every page it is also possible to read questions and answers, or ask your own questions. These may be tips and tricks or just a detailed explanation of how a function works. All questions are automatically sent out to all of our systems. This lets everyone benefit from the knowledge database that is created, provided, however, that the customer authorizes the publication of the question and the answer in all systems.
To Do List
In the administration web, there is a “To Do List” that is dynamically filled in with new information as you set the system. This list contains everything you need to do to achieve a fully-functioning system. Thanks to this, you’ll never forget to set a function properly.
Tool tips
Tool tips is nothing new, but we use detailed tool tips to explain how a function works or what a technical term means. All so that everything will be simple enough so that a user with normal computer skills can use the system.
Ajax
Ajax is a so-called Web 2.0 technology that retrieves parts of websites automatically without your needing to do anything. We use Ajax so that you don’t have to go to several different sites to set a function. When you create a menu, for example, you don’t need to first create a sound file in order to be able to use that in the menu, but instead can create the sound file at the same time that you create the menu.
