Exchange
In our exchange, a telephone is connected to the user and not to an extension. This means that a user can easily change extensions without needing to reconfigure the telephone.
Functions
- Forwarding: Always, Busy and when No Answer
- Internal extensions (don’t have a telephone number and therefore not possible to call out)
- Several telephones connected to the same user (good if you work from home and want to connect with a soft phone).
- If a user’s phone is not connected, the call will automatically go to the user’s voice mailbox.
