Interactive voice response
With our interactive voice response system, you can build complete information systems (with opening hours, etc) or distribute calls among different people/queues/pick-up groups.
Functions
- Scheduling control – Decide when it will be open. When it is closed, you can perform one of the functions listed below.
- No selection – You can set how long to wait for a key to be selected. If no selection is made, you can perform one of the functions listed below.
Functions to use in key selection/closed/no selection
- Play sound file
- Connect to a user
- Go to another menu
- Connect to a queue
- Connect to a pick-up group
- Go to a voice mailbox
