With our interactive voice response system, you can build complete information systems (with opening hours, etc) or distribute calls among different people/queues/pick-up groups.

Functions

  • Scheduling control – Decide when it will be open. When it is closed, you can perform one of the functions listed below.
  • No selection – You can set how long to wait for a key to be selected. If no selection is made, you can perform one of the functions listed below.

  • Play sound file
  • Connect to a user
  • Go to another menu
  • Connect to a queue
  • Connect to a pick-up group
  • Go to a voice mailbox
