Market place
In the Marketplace, any software company can offer extra functions to the exchange. This can be anything from number identification with Yellow pages to show the company name instead of the telephone number on incoming calls, to synchronizing the User Directory with Microsoft Exchange. Marketplace can be compared to applications in Facebook, but with a focus on companies.
We install all new functions and update existing functions for all of our customers. As soon as a new function is created, it is installed automatically in all of our customer’s systems. However, you can choose if you would like it to be shown in the Marketplace on your system or not.
Integration possibilities
The system is module-based, which makes it easy to add to it with new functions. We offer specifications and a development library for .Net free of charge. With the help of these tools, it’s easy to program your own functions with your own interactive voice response and full control of the users’ telephones.
With the API, it’s also possible to add your own functions in the user web and in the administration web. All development takes place in .Net (not Asp.Net).
