Presence management
Does your phone ring even when you’re not there? With our presence management, your customers are immediately notified that you are not at your desk and are informed when you will return. You can even give them a personal message for each reference, or use our pre-recorded sound files.
Functions
- One personal greeting per absence code
- Temporary personal greeting (removed when instructed)
- Unlimited number of absence codes
- Personally record sound files via the administration web (your telephone automatically calls you for recording).
Integration possibilities
- XML instructions via Web Service, i.e., http://pbxadress/presence/show/1 (where 1 is the user ID)
- Reference via Web Service, i.e., http://pbxadress/presence/add/1 (where 1 is the absence code)
- List all presence messages for a user in XML: http://pbxadress/presence/list/1 (where 1 is the user ID).
